Veluna Castor Oil + Compress:
Step 1: Apply Veluna Castor Oil
Massage a small amount of Veluna Castor Oil directly onto your stomach and tummy spreading it evenly over the area. Move your hand in a clockwise movement for 2 minutes while spreading the oil evenly.
Step 2: Put on the Veluna Compress
Place the reusable compress over your stomach and fasten it comfortably. It helps keep the oil in place and makes the routine cleaner and easier.
Step 3: Relax and unwind
Wear the compress while relaxing either during the day or in the afternoon or sleep with it at night. If it’s your first time using a castor oil compress, begin with 1–2 hours.
Step 4: Make it part of your routine
Use 2–3 times per week to start, then increase usage if desired. Apply fresh castor oil before every use. Ideally wear it for a minimum of 3 hours daily.

Our castor oil is packaged in a PET 1 bottle, which stands for Polyethylene Terephthalate, a lightweight and durable material widely used for food, cosmetics, medications and personal-care packaging. PET 1 is designed to safely store products when used as intended and helps protect the oil from contamination while keeping the bottle strong and easy to handle. For best quality, keep the bottle tightly closed and store it away from excessive heat and direct sunlight.

Step 1: Apply the Castor Oil
Massage a thin, even layer of castor oil directly onto your abdomin. Around 1 to 2 teaspoons is usually enough to comfortably cover the area. A little goes a long way. There’s no need to soak the compress. For a richer treatment, you can also apply a small amount of oil to the soft inner side of the compress before putting it on.
Step 2: Wrap & Relax
Position the soft cotton side of the compress directly over the oiled area. Wrap it comfortably around your stomach and secure the straps so it stays close to your body without feeling too tight. Once in place, simply relax and let the compress keep the castor oil against your skin while you unwind and rest
Step 3: Rest & Unwind
Wear your castor oil compress for a minimum of 3 hours daily. If it’s your first time using a castor oil pack, begin with 1 to 2 hours and gradually increase the time as you get comfortable with the routine. Apply a fresh, light layer of oil before each use. Wash your compress after use.
